Nataly Veremeeva is a seasoned IT leader and ecosystem builder who began her career in 2005. Transitioning from sales leadership to community building, she served as CEO of Kyiv IT Cluster and spearheaded Ukraine's ICT Export Strategy in 2018. Since 2019, she has been the Director of TechUkraine. In this role, she systematically develops the national tech ecosystem by driving key initiatives like the TechUkraine portal, empowering startups through Horizon Europe programs such as EmpoWomen and ExcellEnt , running Startup-in-Residence , and promoting Ukrainian tech delegations at global events like CES and Viva Tech and others.

As the Director of TechUkraine, Nataly orchestrates large-scale initiatives to elevate the Ukrainian tech ecosystem globally. She manages high-impact Horizon Europe projects, including EmpoWomen, which provides €60,000 in equity-free funding to women-led deep tech startups, and ExcellEnt, focused on strengthening EU-UA entrepreneurial bridges. Her leadership extends to the Startup in Residence program, connecting innovative teams with municipal challenges, and co-organizing or communicating about national delegations and side events for premier events like Web Summit, CES, and VivaTech. Nataly also specializes in cross-industry digitalization, successfully bridging the gap between IT, machine building, and creative sectors to drive national economic resilience.
