REQUIREMENTS

• An experience of working in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Advanced MS Excel / MS PowerPoint user
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Reliability, attention to detail, willingness to learn
• Willing to develop in the Event management and Employer Branding field will be a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and execute online and offline internal events, ensuring engagement and participation.
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies for events
• Create copywriting content, including event announcements, scenarios, and promotional materials
• Support and promote CSR initiatives, including gifts for defenders, veterans’ children, and charity events
• Develop and manage internal communities to enhance employee engagement
• Maintain and oversee the Welcome Boxes project
• Ensure smooth operations and distribution of corporate merchandise
• Provide communication support for various office locations
• Perform operational and administrative duties related to internal communication
• Act as a backup for the Internal Communication Lead when required
• Coordinate suppliers of various souvenirs/printing services and products (coordinating the purchase, controlling supporting documents; providing expense reports; identifying and researching potential new suppliers)
