ABOUT PROJECT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Financial Practice to support the implementation of an ERP system (Workday, FDM). The SME will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of financial functionalities by providing expertise in financial processes, system configuration, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in financial operations and accounting
• Experience in Workday implementation projects
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong business process analysis skills, with the ability to assess existing workflows and design optimized solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Self-driven and proactive approach to work, capable of managing tasks independently
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a financial expert in the implementation of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders, including finance teams and external consultants, to design optimized solutions
• Provide guidance on system configuration, reporting, and integration of financial data
• Conduct gap analysis between current financial processes and ERP system capabilities
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within finance operations
• Set up and implement best practices for financial processes within the ERP system
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of the FDM to ensure accuracy and efficiency
