Danylo Prysyazhnyuk is a Ukrainian entrepreneur, investor, and real estate developer. He is the founder and co-owner of companies operating in real estate, construction, investment development, and advanced technologies, with over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience.
Education and entrepreneurial career
He holds two higher education degrees, one in finance and the other in art and architecture, as well as a Master's degree in Art History. He began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 19 while pursuing his studies.
He is the founder of Gether Group. Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in construction contracting, architectural planning, the development of real estate companies, and property investment. He has delivered projects in Ukraine and internationally, collaborating with leading global manufacturers and architectural brands. He has received awards and distinctions in international architecture and design competitions.
Business Activity
Since 2022, a significant part of his investment activities has been focused on the United Arab Emirates. In Dubai, he specializes in the acquisition, development, and sale of high-value real estate. His investment track record includes multimillion-dollar transactions, the management of substantial project budgets, and the creation of high-value-added properties. Several completed projects have demonstrated strong financial returns. He is currently involved in the development of several major commercial real estate projects incorporating advanced energy-efficient technologies and environmentally responsible construction standards.
He currently resides primarily in China while maintaining business operations in the UAE and other countries. His entrepreneurial interests span real estate investment, commercial property development, industrial manufacturing, and advanced technological innovation.
Together with Chinese partners, Prysyazhnyuk co-owns a DeepTech company specializing in advanced engineering and industrial technologies. The company collaborates with Chinese industrial enterprises and engineering specialists, advancing its proprietary technologies and international manufacturing projects.
